PURPOSE: Executive’s signature on the Intergovernmental Transfer Agreement with Eastside Fire & Rescue for surplus ballistic vests.
BACKGROUND: Eastside Fire & Rescue has 55 ballistic vests which are surplus to their needs. This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which the ESF-R will transfer the vest ownership to the Sheriff’s Office at no cost to the County.
