PURPOSE: To notify neighbor properties of County’s critical area reconnaissance activities and request permission to access to properties to retrieve soil samples
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County in partnership with the City of Everett, is planning to develop the Snohomish River Trail, a new regional trail, eventually planned to connect the City of Everett to the City of Monroe. The County intends to develop the Snohomish River Trail, in part, on the County-owned Assessor Parcel ID Nos. 28051000301000, 28051500100600, 28051400101000, 28051300301600 & 28051300301700. As a preliminary step to trail development, the County intends to conduct a critical areas reconnaissance on its property as well as adjoining properties identified as PARCEL ID 28051000300800 owned by US Golden Eagle and Parcel ID 28050900400800. Owned by Puget Sound Energy Electric.
