PURPOSE: Racing to Excellence & Social Justice, LLC, will provide a one day in person professional and strategy development retreat. County purchasing have been provided documentation of three quote process for approval.
BACKGROUND: Racing to Excellence & Social Justice, LLC, dba Racing to Equity Consulting Group one (1) day professional development and collective strategizing retreat for the Community Equity Advisory Board and the Health Department’s Equity and Trauma-Informed Leadership team. The purpose of the retreat is to aid in the drafting of a one-year strategic plan, which will include a strategic workplan and goals for identifying and prioritizing initiatives to advance racial equity and health justice.
