PURPOSE: To extend Dr. Maskovyak’s professional services contract. The contract was originally entered into on January 31st, 2023 and expired December 31st, 2023. The first extension of this contract extended the contract to June 30th, 2024. This second extension intends to extend the contract to December 31st, 2024.
BACKGROUND: ROUND: Due to difficulty hiring a 3rd doctor, additional contact pathologist help is needed.
