PURPOSE: To authorize approval of a reimbursable agreement for State Materials Lab Engineering and/or Testing Services. Agreement number GCB-4070.
BACKGROUND: Materials testing is a requirement for our culvert replacement and construction jobs. We previously used the Public Works IGA for our materials testing. Since separation from public works, we now must set up a Surface Water Management specific account. WSDOT will do the testing of the materials and bill SWM monthly as needed.
