BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) or online database reporting system that increases data availability, pattern detection and proactive monitoring to assist law enforcement. One (1) firm submitted proposals for RFP-26-0726BC-C. LeadsOnline, LLC was deemed responsive and responsible, and as such is being recommended for award in accordance with Snohomish County Code section 3.04.120 and section 3.04.140(11). The estimated expenditure is $250,000.00 for the initial five (5) year term.
