PURPOSE: Restoration Element Changes
BACKGROUND: At the County’s request several changes are being made to the restoration elements of the project. This includes changing the removable bollard detail and deleting the access gate at the top of the maintenance road and replacing it with four new bollards. It also includes changing the size and material of the existing asphalt picnic table pads and concrete bench pad to concrete. Finally, additional asphalt pathway area has been added.
