PURPOSE: Requesting signature to move forward with the Records Building HVAC Repairs utilizing Saybr Contractors (JOC) RFP-25-0391LY Agreement, award approved through Snohomish County Council Motion 25-581.
BACKGROUND: The project includes the replacement of two non-operating, non-repairable rooftop condensing units for more energy efficient units and the replacement of four sets of cooling coils inside the interior air handling units. Work includes but is not limited to obtaining required permits, environmentally responsible disposal of the existing units and coolant, replacement of the cooling piping, adjustments to the electrical systems as needed, delivery of the units and coils including crane work and pallet jacks, fire stopping at penetrations of fire walls, and other work required to make the new units and coils completely operable.
