PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation - RFP-26-0831AD-C License, Veeam Data Protection Premium to Tech Heads, Inc.
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) was issued for software licenses related to backup, recovery, replication and data management for virtual, physical and cloud environments within the County. Sixteen (16) firms submitted for RFP-26-0831AD-C. Tech Heads, Inc was deemed the highest ranked proposer and as such is being recommended for award in accordance with Snohomish County Code section 3.04.120 and section 3.04.140(11). The estimated expenditure is $73,548.00 for the initial five (5) year term.
