PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval on the Procurement Compliance Form with TRS Mechanical
BACKGROUND: On March 6, 2026, the Snohomish County Courthouse was experiencing an issue in lack of air conditioning from Chiller #3. An HVAC repair company, TRS Mechanical, was contacted immediately to give us a quote for the repairs. While on site, they performed diagnostic measures and thereby invoiced us for that quote. A Procurement Compliance Form was requested, filled out, and the Purchasing Manager approved on September 8, 2026 for the work with TRS Mechanical and the form requires Executive approval as the invoice awaits payment upon authorization. All work was completed in 2026.
