PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 33 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. The Fire Marshal added several conditions to the work during final inspections. These items were not identified during plan reviews or previous inspections. This change order addresses those items related to the pedestrian gate. A window film has been added to the skylights in the multi-purpose room to reduce heat transfer. Collapsible, rubber transition strips have been added to the accessible showers after a request from the operator.
