PURPOSE: The purpose is for County to acknowledge and to inform the Washington State RCO of the County’s knowledge of the proposed restoration project near or adjacent to County owned property
BACKGROUND: Stillaguamish Tribe is the owner of several properties adjacent to Whitehorse Trail and plan to restore the floodplains of the Cicero area. In the next year or two the Tribe may request from the County a crossing of the trail to access their restoration project area. The Tribe is applying for a grant from RCO for this project and the acknowledgement form is required for impacted adjacent property owners.
