EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: Administrative Budget Change (a reallocation of monies between objects of expenditure within the same appropriation unit (program)) within Parks Construction Fund 309 - Special Use Program 47. In total $40,000 will be transferred within the Special Use Program 47 to shift REET2 funding from the Kayak Point Golf Course 055 DAC to the Fairgrounds 095 DAC, to provide additional REET2 funding for the Maintenance Crew Shop emergency roof repair costs. Original bidder dropped so need to go with second lowest bidder.
BACKGROUND: Between Special Use Program 47 - Transferring $40,000 prior year REET2 dollars from KP Golf Course-REET2-ConstSrv (309-51094705526599) to Fair Upgrades-REET2-Const Svc (309-51094709526599). This is needed due to an emergency need to fix the parks and fairground maintenance crew shop roof that is leaking, falling apart and causing other health and safety hazards.
