APPROVAL AND SIGNATURE OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 OF SUB-AWARD AGREEMENT WITH ADOPT-A-STREAM FOUNDATION

EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: To approve and sign Amendment No. 3 of a grant subaward agreement with Adopt-A-Stream to update Appendix B - Budget.
BACKGROUND: As part of the grant award from NOAA, the County executed a sub-award agreement with Adopt-A-Stream Foundation for the Woods Creek Restoration project in the amount of $1,372,980.00 on August 23, 2023. Amendment No. 1 to the sub-award agreement was executed on January26, 2024, to incorporate the updated grant terms, summary information from the NOAA grant, revised budget tables, and project costs by category. Amendment No. 2 was to update Schedule B-1 to correct an error. Amendment No. 3 is updating Appendix B to add travel and federal audit costs of $9,500 to the original contract amount as reflected in the amended grant award agreement with WDFW.
