PURPOSE: Investment funding is being allocated to Paths to Understanding and their Story Potlucks. Funds support piloting a new Story Swap format in two Snohomish County communities: Marysville/Tulalip and the City of Snohomish. In each location, two evenings build on each other: an opening potluck, followed by a guided Story Swap where participants from different racial, socioeconomic, ideological, and faith backgrounds share personal stories.
BACKGROUND: The Office of Social Justice has been directed to provide funding to organizations within Snohomish County in support of diversity, equity and inclusion.
