PURPOSE: Investment funding is being allocated Washington Kids in Transition for their Student Stability and Equity Initiative. Funding ensures students and families have access to food, hygiene supplies, school essentials, clothing, and other critical resources that remove barriers to educational success.
BACKGROUND: The Office of Social Justice has been directed to provide funding to organizations within Snohomish County in support of diversity, equity and inclusion.
