PURPOSE: To approve a micro-services agreement to perform an assessment of the implementation of GASB 103.
BACKGROUND: Government Accounting Standards Board Statement 103 makes significant changes to the MD&A of the General Purpose Financial Statements that require some consulting to accomplish. Clark Nuber, PS has been selected after an informal three quote selection process aid the Finance Department in its assessment of the implementation of GASB 103.
