PURPOSE: Finalize Executive support letters for two grant applications. Letters have been drafted and require Executive signature.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Parks is applying for 2026 State Recreation and Conservation Office grants for both the Snohomish River Regional Trail Phase 1 Project and the Paradise Valley Conservation Area Trailhead Improvements Project. These County Executive support letters will bolster our applications.
