PURPOSE: Request for Director of Finance’s signature on a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Infojini,Inc.
BACKGROUND: On June 10, 2026, Council approved Motion 26-233 authorizing a Piggyback Award Recommendation for Temporary Personnel Services in accordance with Motion 13-319. The purpose of this ECAF is to obtain signatures from Risk Management and the Finance Director in accordance with the approved motions and EO 25-01 (1)(J), effectively executing the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Infojini, Inc.
