PURPOSE: Investment funding is being allocated to Recovery Career Services (RCS) and their WorkReady Academy: Building Workplace Success Skills for Economic Mobility. The Office of Social Justice has been directed to provide funding to organizations within Snohomish County in support of diversity, equity and inclusion.
BACKGROUND: RCS will develop and pilot the WorkReady Academy, a workplace success skills curriculum to improve employment retention and economic mobility for justice-impacted individuals and people in recovery.
