PURPOSE: Approve MOU between the Snohomish County Executive’s Office and the Snohomish County DCNR Department to remit funds for America 250: A Celebration Concert on September 4, 2026.
BACKGROUND: DCNR, Evergreen State Fair was awarded via a competitive application and grading process, funds from the LTAC Hotel-Motel Fund Round 2 for America 250: A Celebration Concert at the Fair on September 4, 2026. Funds will be used mainly for the Orchestra fee, marketing, and other performer fees.
