PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is to approve and execute Amendment 2 to the Cloud Services Agreement with Oracle America, Inc. to acquire three additional test environments, removal of Enterprise Data Management and the addition of Oracle Guided Learning in order to proceed with implementation of the software.
BACKGROUND: The County published RFP-24-025BC to solicit proposals for an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solution and Oracle America, Inc was selected by the Snohomish County evaluation committee. An Agreement was executed February 25, 2025 and amended September 29, 2025 to add thirty (30) EDU Cloud Applications Learning licenses. The County requires two additional test environments, the removal of Enterprise Data Management and the addition of Oracle Guided Learning in order to proceed with implementation of the software. The additional cost to the Agreement is Forty-Four Thousand One Hundred Seventy-One Dollars and Thirty-One Cents ($44,171.31) plus applicable sales tax. Approval of this Amendment 2 will allow the County staff to proceed with acquisition of three additional test environments, removal of Enterprise Data Management and the addition of Oracle Guided Learning in order to proceed with implementation of the software.
