PURPOSE: Need Executive to sign service competition waiver for our Advertising Agreement with Global Spectrum L.P., dba Angel of the Winds Arena. Department Director can sign agreement under EO25-01(1.F), but the waiver also requires Executive signature.
BACKGROUND: Angel of the Winds Arena will provide public health advertising/marketing services for the Health Department.
