PURPOSE: USFS to provide portable restroom facility near the boat launch for public use
BACKGROUND: USFS has been providing portable restroom adjacent to the parking lot near the boat launch through a Parks permit. County and USFS see a mutual benefit to enter into a longer term license agreement for the USFS to provide portable restroom for public use at County owned Backman Park Boat Launch.
