PURPOSE: Executive signature on amendment #3 on the Cooperative Agreement between Snohomish County and the USDA Forest Service for 2026
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County and the US Forest Service have had a contractual signed relationship for the provision of law enforcement services in place since 1988. US Forest Service Rangers have limited law enforcement authority as it relates to Federal Law and no authority as it relates to Washington State Law. This amends the agreement to include operating funds for 2026.
