PURPOSE: Approve contract for BMX Freestyle Team LLC for fairtime entertainment
BACKGROUND: RFQ was sent out. BMX Freestyle Team LLC was awarded the contract. This will be their 2nd year. They will provide all the equipment. 3 shows on the weekdays and 4 shows on the weekends. BMX has signed the contract and Risk Management has approved their insurance.
