PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Amendment 3 to True North Consulting, LLC.
BACKGROUND: Facilities & Fleet Management advertised an RFP for professional security consulting services in 2024. True North Consulting Group had the best combined score and was awarded the contract on 8/30/24 starting with providing risk threat and physical security assessments for nine county buildings. The need for future related services was addressed in True North’s base contract to be billed on an hourly and/or lump sum basis. Funding for additional services comes from departmental and project budgets. Facilities would like to extend the contract for an addition one-year term with a new expiration date of August 29, 2027.
