PURPOSE: To approve the ALPR Data Sharing Agreement with the Everett Police Department
BACKGROUND: This agreement allows Sheriff’s Office access to the ALPR system owned/operated by the Everett Police Department for authorized purposes. This agreement aligns with Sheriff’s Office Policy and Procedures regarding use of ALPR systems, and ensures compliance with Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill 6002, passed in the 2026 Legislative Session.
