PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 32 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. The Fire Marshal and Building Officials added several conditions to the work during final inspections. These items were not identified during plan reviews or previous inspections. This change order addresses several of those items. The costs of these items have been negotiated and moved to different subcontractors for price reductions of $18,008 to the County.
