PURPOSE: Executive Signature on Unit Priced Contract Work Order Form
BACKGROUND: Parks competed and has in place a Unit Priced contract with Pony Up Parking Lots for Asphalt Services. A Formal Work Order is required for services, and because this is a new form and has not been delegated it needs to be signed by the Executive per SCC 3.04.175 (3).
