PURPOSE: Investment funding is being allocated Orquesta Northwest for weekly orchestral instruction on Mondays, 4pm-6pm, by professional teaching artists for 20 Latino and BIPOC youth for twenty weeks, from January 12, 2026 to June 1, 2026.
BACKGROUND: The Office of Social Justice has been directed to provide funding to organizations within Snohomish County in support of diversity, equity and inclusion.
