PURPOSE: Execution of Willing Seller Agreement by County related to the Caretaker’s voluntary title transfer for destruction located at Bob Heirman Wildlife Park parking lot
BACKGROUND: As part of the Thomas Eddy Phase 1 project, the parking lot at Bob Heirman Wildlife Park will be used by County contractors to store and stage equipment. Volunteer caretaker services at this location requires termination of services. A trailer on the property, belonging to a volunteer caretaker, is no longer in a usable state and needs to be cleared from the site. The owner is voluntarily transferring the title to the County so the trailer can be safely removed and destroyed.
