EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: The County Road Administration Board (CRAB) requires these forms to be submitted by April 1st every year to maintain funding status for county Public Works departments.
BACKGROUND: • These forms are to certify that Snohomish County Public Works Department’s practices and procedures for management, administration and operations are in accordance with CRAB standards. • The annual certifications are signed by the County Executive, County Engineer, County Sheriff, and Finance Director (for County Auditor) and are due to CRAB by April 1st, 2026. • Certification will be entirely electronic. After the County Engineer signs the certification, it will be emailed to the Executive, Finance Director and Sheriff for electronic signature.
