EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: To approve and sign intergovernmental agreement between Snohomish County and Snohomish Conservation District for the WSU Extension Stewardship Program and Training Services.
BACKGROUND: The Snohomish Conservation District (SCD) works in cooperation with the WSU Extension forestry program. The County has a master ILA agreement with WSU that includes these services, and funds received are included in the Extension overall program yearly budget. SCD will pay the County in 2026 up to $14,000 to provide various educational materials, technical assistance, and training on various aspects of Forestry to Snohomish County residents. This agreement will be amended each year with an estimated cost and current scope of work.
