PURPOSE: For Executive signature of Amendment No. 3 Professional Services Agreement SWMCC15-24 with Modern Entrepreneur LLC dba Firebrand Creative PIC IV Social Marketing Strategies.
BACKGROUND: Agreement SWMCC15-24 was signed on December 20, 2024 to develop social media campaign strategies and digital advertising materials that would be ready for the County to implement. Amendment No. 3 will extend this agreement for 3 months to allow adequate time for the contractor to complete their work due to delays needed to revise campaign messaging based on staff feedback and relaunch online focus group testing. This agreement is paid for by the DOH PIC IV grant.
