EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: The County Road Administration Board (CRAB) requires this form to be submitted by March 1st every year to maintain funding status for county Public Works departments.
BACKGROUND: WAC 136-150-021 provides that CRAB requires every county legislative authority to submit a certification showing the amount of the Road Levy fixed and the amount, if any, budgeted in accordance with RCW 36.40.090 for traffic law enforcement and/or any other purpose from diverted Road Levy no later than March 1st of each year. • This form is to certify the Snohomish County 2026 Road Levy and Estimated Revenue Produced. • The annual certification is signed by the County Executive and County Engineer and is due to CRAB by March 1st, 2026. • Certification will be entirely electronic. After the County Engineer signs the certification, it will be emailed to the Executive’s office for electronic signature.
