PURPOSE: The purpose is for County to approve a one year extension to the residential agreement at Martha Lake Park
BACKGROUND: The residence at Martha Lake Park was rented to new Tenants in 2025. The Lease Agreement provides an option to extend the Lease Agreement term for additional year at the expiration of the lease which shall be July 1, 2026. The Tenants have requested for County to consider approving the extension option in Lease Section 3 Term.
