PURPOSE: To authorize Amendment 1 to the AOC Blake decision contract
BACKGROUND: Currently there is an interlocal agreement that was authorized by Motion 25-387 to reimburse Snohomish County for the costs of resentencing and vacating sentences as required by State v. Blake decision by AOC. This amendment increases the amount that the County can draw from the State by $100,000 to a total contract amount of $223,642.
