PURPOSE: The purpose of this access agreement with HASCO is to perform environmental sampling per our Agreed Order with Dept of Ecology.
BACKGROUND:
• The Airport signed an Agreed Order with the Department of Ecology in January of 2026.
• The Agreed Order requires us to investigate contamination from the Former Fire Training Pit.
• HASCO owns a part of Big Gulch Creek, which the airport must sample.
• This access agreement is for three years with no cost.
