PURPOSE: The purpose of this Agreement is creation and distribution of harm reduction kits to people who use illicit drugs in Snohomish County. This Agreement is the product of County RFP No. 25-0610JM-I.
BACKGROUND: Contractor will provide services to communities most impacted by overdose through the creation and distribution of low-cost incentives and wellness kit items that encourage Health Engagement Hub (HEH) participation, reducing negative outcomes associated with drug use. Sound Pathway’s HEH serves as an all-in-one location where communities most impacted by overdose can access a range of medical, harm reduction, and social services, decreasing negative outcomes associated with drug use and support clients in access care.
