PURPOSE: Approval of the contract for Section 125 Third-Party Administration between Snohomish County and Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc.
BACKGROUND: Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc was selected for as the County’s Section 125 TPA as a result of RFP 25-0560BC. This agreement begins 4/1/26 and ends 3/31/27, with options to renew/extend for 3 additional 2-year terms.
