EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: To approve and sign Agreement for Trail Maintenance and Improvements with the Washington Trails Association.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is for the maintenance and improvements for trails at various Snohomish County Parks as designated by the County for 2026. This agreement follows the same structure as the 2025 agreement which was successful. Washington Trail Association (WTA) will coordinate and supervise 12 work parties with WTA Staff and volunteers and will average 100 hours per work party.
