EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: Administrative Budget Change (a reallocation of monies between objects of expenditure within the same appropriation unit (program)) within Parks Construction Fund 309 - Community Program 44. In total $28,975 will be transferred within the Community Program 44 to shift funding from the SW County UGA Park DAC (944 070 3 6599) to the Corcoran Park DAC (944 036 3 6599), to finalize funding for the required paving project at Corcoran Park.
BACKGROUND: Between Community Program 44 - Transferring $28,975 prior year MITIGATION (3) dollars from -SW Co UGA-Park Mit-Constr Svc (309-51094407036599) to the Corcoran-ParkMit-Const Svcs (309-51094403636599). This is needed to make sure there is enough funding to cover the unit price paving contract for Corcoran by Pony Up Parking Lots, WO-001-26. No fiscal impact to budget. Internal transfer within Parks Capital Fund 309 only.
