PURPOSE: To obtain Executive Approval on an agreement with Servpro of North Everett
BACKGROUND: On November 6, 2025, the Courthouse Floors 1, 2 and 3 experienced a flooding emergency. A water cleanup and extraction company, Servpro of North Everett, was contacted immediately to come in for the water cleanup. Facilities staff were late in contacting Purchasing to make them aware of the emergency. An Operational “Emergency” Purchase Request/Report Form was filled out and approved by the Purchasing Manger on November 15, 2025. A Procurement Compliance Form was requested filled out by the Purchasing Manager and approved on December 4. A Professional Services Agreement was created for the emergency work with Servpro and requires Executive approval as the invoice awaits payment upon authorization. All work was completed in 2025.
