PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 23 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. The fire sprinkler system was completely destroyed during a hard-freeze event during the meth decontamination process. This change order is for the gypsum board replacement required to allow access to and recover the sprinkler pipes. The change order will be submitted for insurance reimbursement. The costs have been negotiated down $8,684.27.
