PURPOSE: For Executive signature of Amendment No. 2 Professional Services Agreement SWMCC15-24 with Modern Entrepreneur LLC dba Firebrand Creative PIC IV Social Marketing Strategies.
BACKGROUND: Agreement SWMCC15-24 was signed on December 20, 2024 to develop social media campaign strategies and digital advertising materials that would be ready for the County to implement. Amendment No. 2 will extend this agreement 3 months to allow the contractor to complete their work due to delays needed to accommodate online focus group testing outside of the December holidays to ensure we receive an adequate response rate. This agreement is paid for by the DOH PIC IV grant.
