PURPOSE: Director to approve signing of S25-32608-422 with Washington State Department of Commerce for the State Home Energy Assistance Program-Weatherization (SHEAP-Wx) Energy Division Contract to provide funding to the Snohomish County Weatherization Program
BACKGROUND: The outcome of this program is to improve the energy efficiency and health & safety of dwellings owned or occupied by eligible electrically-heated low-income persons/participants within the BPA service territory. Grant will provide funds for administration and delivery of weatherization services, repair services, and to perform Weatherization-Readiness activities. This has been included in our GWP.
