PURPOSE: Director to approve signing of Contract F25-53104-422 for the Washington State Dept. of Commerce BPA Low-Income Energy Efficiency Contract to provide funding to the Snohomish County Weatherization Program
BACKGROUND: The outcome of this program is to improve the energy efficiency and health & safety of dwellings owned or occupied by eligible electrically-heated low-income persons/participants within the BPA service territory. Grant will provide funds for administration and delivery of weatherization services, repair services, and to perform Weatherization-Readiness activities. This has been included in our GWP.
