PURPOSE: Intergovernmental Agreement with DNR for wood provided for the Thomas Eddy Restoration project, including the Road Use Permit to move the logs from DNR property to the work site.
BACKGROUND: The Department of Natural Resources is providing 10 logs for the habitat restoration project at Thomas’ Eddy. These logs are of a specific size, and the project has been designed around these logs. There is no cost to the county for these logs. They will be moved to the job site by the low bidder on the contract. The logs are owned by DNR and are stored on their property. This IGA is accompanied by the Road Use Permit (RUP) that DNR requires for moving them off their property. These agreements have been sent to Lacey’s email via Docusign. I am requesting DNR send them to Mike Fong now. Do not sign attached, DNR will send via Docusign.
