PURPOSE: Intergovernmental Services Agreement for animal control transport services between Snohomish County and the Town of Index.
BACKGROUND: The Town of Index desires to enter into an agreement for animal transport services with Snohomish County to the Everett Animal Shelter. Transport services include pick up and transport of impounded animals from the Town of Index to the Everett Animal Shelter. All costs for animals delivered to the shelter by the county on behalf of the Town of Index shall remain the responsibility of the Town of Index.
